YOUR SAFETY GUIDLINES
BUGGIES & TROLLIES
• Buggies will be hired to only one person Under no circumstances must anyone not of the same
household share a buggy.
ELECTRIC / PULL TROLLIES
• There will be a number of pull and electric trollies for hire.
• During the initial reopening guidelines, all services including buggies will be available to be booked
for golf between the hours of 0730-1400 and will be fully washed and disinfected before and after use.
PRACTICE FACILITIES
The practice area will be open. Maximum 2 members per time can practice on it. The practice putting
green will be open, but only for use by people who are due to be playing. The flags will be removed and
players should practice social distancing at all times. One driving mat will be used in the nets, the other
will be closed.
POST GOLF
After your round, it is equally important to ensure we are following the guidelines. Once you have
finished, please go straight to your car and leave the facility to ensure there is no gathering around the
clubhouse. The decking, balcony and all seating areas are now off limits for the time being.
FURTHER UPDATES
This document has been created to ensure all Members and staff remain safe whilst visiting Langland
Bay.
The situation surrounding COVID-19 and golf is ever changing and as such the above guidelines will be
regularly reviewed in line with the latest Government recommendations. Any amendments will be added
and distributed to Members as and when appropriate.
Members not adhering to the above guidelines will be asked to leave the facility immediately and may
face having their Membership suspended or terminated.
We thank you all for your continued support, positivity and patience that has been shown throughout
this period and we look forward to welcoming you back to the club soon. All further changes will be
updated on this document automatically.
