YOUR SAFETY GUIDLINES
ARRIVAL AND WAITING TO PLAY
• The clubhouse, including locker room will be closed for the time being.
• Members are asked to arrive at the club no earlier than 15 minutes before their allotted tee time.
• We ask all members where possible to ensure extra distance is left between each vehicle when
parking.
• Please do not arrive at the tee until five minutes before you are due to play.
Do not visit the club if you have any of the COVID-19 symptoms, if you are in self isolation due to a
household member displaying symptoms or if you have been out of the country within the last 14 days.

ON THE COURSE
• We ask all members to ensure they are appropriately socially distancing on the course at all times, with
a minimum of two metres distance between players.
• All holes must be played in order, skipping of holes is NOT allowed. 1st Tee Start ONLY.
• Only one person is permitted on the tee at any given time.
• No rakes are permitted in the bunkers, please smooth down with your foot or club once you have
played.
• Please do not touch the flag – we have installed a liner to allow for easy ball retrieval from the cup.

• To minimise the need to lift the ball from the hole, a ball is holed with the next stroke if it is within 12
inches of the hole.
• Please do not look for other players balls.
• Ball washers and bins have been covered over or removed to avoid unnecessary touching. Please put
all rubbish in your golf bag and dispose of when you get home.
• The on-course toilets will be closed for ladies
• Once a hole is completed, the group in front must have exited the tee box before players can progress
to the next tee.
• All players must play one-ball only and not practice on the course as per usual
• Do not double back to play again if a ball is lost or unplayable.
• Equipment, food, and drink must not be exchanged between players.
• Players must not pick up another player’s golf equipment or golf ball.
• Please give greenkeepers working on the course priority at all times and continue to observe the 2m
social distancing requirements. The Greenstaff are not to be approached at anytime.
